Warranty Policy
Prime Pedals Ltd sells a variety of e-bike and e-scooter brands, each of which is covered by its own manufacturer's warranty. As a retailer, Prime Pedals does not provide an independent warranty and does not alter, extend, or override the manufacturer's terms. Instead, we act as the communication channel between customers and the manufacturer to support the warranty claim process such as providing purchasing documentations.

1. General Warranty Statement
All warranty coverage for e-bikes, e-scooters and components purchased from Prime Pedals Ltd is determined by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM). Warranty periods, exclusions, and claim procedures vary by brand. Customers should review the relevant manufacturer's policy for full details.
Prime Pedals Ltd will assist by forwarding required information to the manufacturer and facilitating communication where possible. However, decisions regarding repair, replacement, eligibility, and warranty approval rest entirely with the manufacturer.
2. Commercial Use
Manufacturers do not cover commercial usage under warranty. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Delivery or courier work
- Food delivery (e.g., Uber Eats, Deliveroo)
- Rental, shared, or fleet use
- Racing or stunt riding
Products used commercially may result in:
- Additional labour and parts charges; or
- Full rejection of the warranty claim
This determination is made by each manufacturer.
3. Items Not Covered by Warranty
3.1 Wear-and-tear items
Typical consumables excluded from warranty include:
- Tyres and inner tubes
- Brake pads and rotors
- Chains, cassettes, sprockets, chainrings
- Bearings, freehub bodies
- Grips, cables, rubber components
- Tools, cosmetic parts, surface scratches, plastics
3.2 Human-caused or accidental damage
Warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Collision, crash, or impact
- Water ingress beyond the stated IP rating
- Incorrect maintenance or storage
- Corrosion, rust, or chemical exposure
- Stunt riding, overloading, or misuse
3.3 Unauthorised modifications or repairs
Warranty is void if the product is:
- Modified with non-original parts
- Repaired or serviced by an unauthorised workshop
- Altered electrically (P-settings, voltage, controller tuning)
3.4 Other exclusions
Manufacturers may decline warranty where:
- Serial numbers are removed or unreadable
- The e-bike is second-hand (unless explicitly covered)
- The customer cannot provide proof of purchase
4. Damages and Visible Defects on Arrival
Customers must inspect their order immediately upon delivery.
You must notify us within 48 hours if:
- The item arrives damaged
- There are visible defects
- You received the wrong item
Claims for visible defects reported after the product has been used cannot be accepted.
5. How to Make a Warranty Claim
All warranty claims must be made directly with the manufacturer, as Prime Pedals Ltd is the retailer and do not handle warranty servicing. To begin a warranty claim, please contact the manufacturer according to Section 6 and provide:
- Your order number and proof of purchase (You may email us to obtain a copy)
- Clear photos or videos showing the defect
- A detailed description of the issue
The manufacturer will then guide you through the next steps for repair, replacement, or other resolution.
Depending on the manufacturer's requirement, you may be asked to:
- Return the item for inspection, or
- Perform diagnostic steps, or
- Receive replacement parts
Items returned without written approval will not be accepted or refunded.
If a product must be returned, the customer is responsible for safely repacking the item. Couriers may refuse unboxed goods; we strongly recommend keeping original packaging.

Prime Pedals Ltd accepts no responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit to us or manufacturer.

BODYWEL
- Frame: 2 years

At Bodywel, we stand behind the quality of our products and want to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchase. To demonstrate our commitment to customer satisfaction, we offer a warranty on all of our products.
Warranty Service
- The warranty period for electric bicycles is as follows. If customers encounter product quality issues within the warranty period, and confirmed to be non-human damage, Bodywel will provide free replacement parts and replacement videos.
- After the warranty period, customers should bear the cost of purchasing spare parts and shipping fee. Considering the universality, there may be upgrades or changes in suppliers for spare parts. Minor differences in appearance and labels are considered normal and do not affect regular usage.
- Note: Second-hand e-bike, modified e-bike, and those without purchase invoices or proof of purchase are not covered by the warranty.
Warranty Period
- All bodywel.co.uk e-bike frames come with our 2 year all-inclusive manufacturer's warranty against any manufacturing defects.
- The warranty is registered automatically when the initial purchaser orders and then receives the product from our online shop and applies to the initial purchaser only.

The following situations are not covered by the warranty:
- Malfunctions caused by user failure to follow the "User Manual," unboxing video instructions, maintenance, or adjustments.
- Malfunctions caused by user disassembly, repairs, modifications, and failure to comply with usage rules.
- Malfunctions resulting from improper use, storage, or accidents by the user.
- Expenses incurred by going to other repair shops without prior consent.
- Damage to the outer packaging box or minor scratches on accessories due to logistics transportation are not covered by the warranty.
- Before returning any items, please contact us and obtain our written approval. Any products returned without acceptance will not be refunded.
- Any warranty request must be accompanied by a proof of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged product. If photos or videos of the product's quality issue are not provided, Bodywel reserves the right to deny the warranty.
- Consumable parts are not covered by the warranty, including tires, saddles, plastic parts, brakes, brake discs, brake pads, brake cables, surface scratches on the bicycle paint, etc.
How to apply for warranty
- Take photos or a short video of your issue.
- Send a brief description of the issue, pictures or videos of the problem, your order number, and the purchase platform to support@bodywel.co.uk.
- Bodywel technician will diagnose your issue, and if the problem is clear, we will provide a solution.
- When encountering an issue that cannot be diagnosed immediately, we will send you troubleshooting guideline. You will need to follow our testing procedures and provide us with the corresponding video or pictures. After receiving the testing video or pictures, we will offer a solution.
- We will verify your order information and shipping address, and then send the appropriate replacement parts. Additionally, we will provide instructional videos for replacing the parts. For more complex issues, such as replacing the bottom bracket, chainwheel and crankset, flywheel, or adjusting the derailleur, you may choose to have them replaced at a repair shop. In this case, the actual expenses incurred will be reimbursed, provided that you submit a bill or invoice.
Claims Process
1. Warranty Claims
All claims to this warranty must be made through Bodywel.co.uk and submitted to support@bodywel.co.uk. Proof of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged product is required to be submitted alongside any warranty request. Bodywel.co.uk will not replace any part without first seeing photos or video of the damaged product.
Before making a warranty claim, you are encouraged to contact Bodywel via support@bodywel.co.uk, as there may be a simple fix for your problem that does not necessitate filing a claim. Valid warranty claims made within 2 year of initial purchase will be processed through Bodywel.co.uk.
Precautions
- Bodywel.co.uk commits to providing technical support services to our customers. If needed, please contact support@bodywel.co.uk.
- Upon receiving the product, please inspect the outer packaging for any damage. If the outer box is severely damaged, you can refuse to accept the delivery. We do not accept transportation damage claims submitted more than 5 days after the receipt date.
- When you placing an order, you automatically agree to all of the above terms. The warranty service is only provided to the original owner from the date of purchase and is non-transferable.
ENGWE
- Frame: 12 months
- Electronics: 6–12 months
- Tyres: 1 month (manufacturing defects only)
- No warranty for modified or second-hand bikes
1. Warranty and Guarantee
The warranty period for bicycle is as follows. If the customer finds non-human damage within the warranty period, we will send the replacement parts free of charge.
After warranty period, the customer has to pay replacement parts and shipping fees. The bike which we sell are factory new regular products, all parts are the same as the original parts.
In order to facilitate customers to quickly solve the problem of accessories, the accessories purchased separately are sold at cost price; therefore, except for DOA, they are not covered by warranty.
Please kindly note: Second-hand ebikes and Modified ebikes are not covered by warranty.

One of the following conditions does NOT qualify for warranty:
- Failure caused by the user's failure to use, maintain and adjust according to the "Instruction Manual".
- Users disassemble, repair and modify themselves, and failures caused by non-compliance with the rules of use.
- Failure caused by improper use or storage by the user, or accident.
- The cost of going to other repair shops for repairs without consent.
- Slight scratches or damage to the outer package box caused by the logistics transportation of the accessories are not warranted.
- Please contact us and obtain our written approval before sending any item back. Any products returned without acceptance will not be refunded.
- Consumable parts are not warranted, including tires, saddles, plastic parts, brakes, brakes rotors, brake pads, brake lines, surface scratches, etc.
4. How to apply for warranty
Step 1: Take a picture/short video of your question.
Step 2: Send a short description of the problem, pictures or videos of issue, order number, platform of purchase to service2@engwe-bikes.com.
Step 3: We'll diagnose your problem and if it's clear what's wrong, we'll provide a solution.
Step 4: When comes to issues that can't be diagnosed in the first place, we will send you the troubleshooting files, it will needs you to detect according to our detection method and provide us with the corresponding videos or pictures, and we will give a solution after receiving the detection videos or pictures.
Step 5: We will verify your order information and delivery address, and reissue the corresponding accessories to you.

DYU LIMITED 1-YEAR WARRANTY AND POLICY ON REPLACEMENT PROCEDURES & RESPONSIBILITIES
All DYU bikes are covered under 1-year all-inclusive warranty for the owner against all manufacturing defects (All free Accessories are not covered by warranty service).
WARRANTY PERIOD AND TARGET AUDIENCE TERMS
The warranty would be registered automatically when the initial purchaser ordered it in the online shop. So the warranty is under the INITIAL PURCHASER and the 1-year warranty would be started since the initial owner has received it.
As for the warranty transfer, the ebike transferee can only enjoy the warranty when the following two conditions are met at the same time:
- The 1-year package hasn't expired since the initial owner has received it
- You have the initial owner's name & the initial order number.
COVERED PRODUCTS
DYU will replace any component that is deemed to be defective or damaged (including damage incurred during shipment) without user error. The warranty covers the listed products and follows the terms below:
Frame
DYU ebike frames are covered by a replacement warranty for 1 year.
This warranty includes a replacement frame only. Labor charges to changeover parts to replacement frames are not included. Changeover labor must be performed by an authorized DYU
DYU reserves the right to use scratch and dent stock when replacing a frame under this warranty. Frame styles and/or colors not in stock may be replaced with a compatible style and/or color at the discretion of DYU.
Frame issues that are excluded from this warranty include but are not limited to:
- Corrosion
- Paint fade, scratches, impact marks
- Impact damage
- Non-reversible modification (drilling/welding)
- Chain guard mount to the frame if applicable
Batteries
DYU batteries are covered by a 1-year prorated warranty.
During 1 year of service – A defective battery will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer. The warranty period for a repaired or replaced battery remains unchanged based on the original purchase date.
After the first 1 year of service – A prorated credit, based on months of service, will be applied toward the purchase of a new battery. Batteries purchased at pro-rated cost will have a new 1-year warranty based on the pro-rated purchase date.
No cash reimbursement will be made.
Batteries can be assessed and found defective directly by DYU only.
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
- Defects or damage resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, abnormal use (including but not limited to stunt riding, racing, or other similar activities not consistent with the intended use of the Products), improper storage, abnormal exposure to liquid, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand or dirt, neglect, or abnormal physical, electrical or electromechanical stress;
- Defects or damage caused by private modification;
- Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage, unless caused by DYU;
- The product that has the serial number or the bar code removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or made illegible;
- Ordinary wear and tear;
- Defects or damage to the Products caused by the use of accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by DYU with the Products;
- Defects or damage caused by the assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair, or adjustment in a manner that varies from Assembly Instructions & Owners Manual;
- Defects or damage resulting from external causes such as collision, fire, flooding, windstorm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuse, or improper use of any electrical source;
- In addition, with respect to the battery, this Limited Warranty does not cover defects or damage:
- Caused by charging by a battery charger not intended or appropriate for use with the Battery or the improper use of a battery charger;
- Where any of the seals on the battery are broken or show evidence of tampering;
- Where the Battery has been used in equipment other than the Bike for which it is specified;
Parts & Components
Original DYU parts & components are covered by a 1-year limited warranty (When all the spare parts for the warranty are sent to the customer, the customer needs to bear the freight).
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
- Ordinary wear and tear not the result of defects in workmanship or materials. Wear and tear can be assessed by DYU. Parts not typically covered include but are not limited to:
- Brake Pads
- Rotors
- spokes
- Tires/Tubes
- Chains
- Chain Rings
- Cassettes
- Crankset
- Parts compromised due to corrosion due to the elements (moisture, heat, etc).
- Damage or deterioration of the surface finish, appearance, or aesthetics of the product.
- Frame, forks, handlebar, seat post, saddle, brakes, lights, crankset, pedals, rims, wheel hub, freewheel, cassette, derailleur, shifter, motor, throttle, controller, wiring harness, LCD display, kickstand, reflectors, and hardware. Warranty within one week after receiving the goods. Parts damaged during use after seven days need to be charged.
- Labor charges for part replacement or changeover.
- Defects or damage resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, abnormal use (including but not limited to stunt riding, racing, or other similar activities not consistent with the intended use of the Products), improper storage, abnormal exposure to liquid, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand or dirt, neglect, or abnormal physical, electrical or electromechanical stress.
- Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage not caused by DYU.
- Product that has the serial number or the bar code removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or made illegible.
- Defects or damage to the Products caused by the use of accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by DYU with the Products.
- Defects or damage caused by improper assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair, or adjustment in a manner that varies from Assembly Instructions & Owners Manual.
- Defects or damage resulting from external causes, such as collision, fire, flooding, windstorm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuse, or improper use of any electrical source.
CLAIMS PROCESS
1. Warranty Claims

Before making a warranty claim, we suggest that you contact us at service@dyucycle.com as there may be a simple fix for your problem. Valid warranty claims will be processed through DYU within 1 years of initial purchase.
DYU will not replace any part without first seeing photos or videos of the damaged product. Customers need to provide us with evidence by email.
2. Shipping Damage Claims
In rare instances, the item received may be damaged during transportation. If shipping damage occurs, please contact service@dyucycle.com and provide us with photo or video proof.
All free accessories will not participate in the replacement or compensation if they cause scratches during transportation.
NOTICE: we will not accept Shipping Damage Claims later than 7 days from receipt of products.
A common example of after-sales service is the provision of a warranty for the good. A warranty allows the good to be repaired or replaced if it breaks down within a certain period of time after purchase.

The warranty will be automatically expired if any unauthorized modification occurs. During the service ordering process, you must notify us of any unauthorized modifications, or any repairs or replacements not performed by Eskute, that have been made to your product. We will not be responsible for any damage to the product that occurs during the repair process that is a result of any unauthorized modifications or repairs or replacements not performed by Eskute.
The warranty will NOT cover the problems caused by any of the following causes.
- Any misuse of the product, such as using the bike for commercial/rental uses, play dangerous act, etc., riding the bike on the abnormal road conditions
- Any unauthorized modification to the product, such as disassemble the bike without direction by Eskute, faulty installation, repair, or maintenance by anyone other than Eskute
- The product has been in any accidents, such as traffic accidents, and product has been stollen.
- The product has been in extreme environment (including extreme temperature or humidity), extreme physical or electrical stress or interference, fluctuation or surges of electrical power, lightning, static electricity, fire, acts of God or other external causes
- Anti-rust layer damage caused by misuse (the damage of anti-rust layer can lead to the corrosion and fracture of the parts).

Parts and Labor. Eskute may provide both parts and labour within 30 days, but may direct that you replace certain readily installable parts yourself, as described below. In most cases, we do not require you send the defective parts back to us.
For issues reported after 30 days but still within the warranty period, Eskute will cover the cost of replacement parts and provide video instructions or guidance for installation. If the part cannot be replaced by the customer and professional service is required, the cost of labour at a local repair shop shall be borne by the customer.
Do-It-Yourself (DIY) Parts Service. DIY Parts Service allows you to service your own product. If Eskute determines that DIY Parts Service is available to you, Eskute will ship to you a replacement part for your product. The replacement part will be accompanied by instructions on installation and any requirements for the return of the replaced part. Eskute reserves the right to decide if the labour costs relating to DIY Parts Service will be covered or not.

1-Year Repair Warranty
We provide a 1-year warranty for every Fafrees e-bike and separately purchased accessories, excluding wear-and-tear items. The warranty period begins on the date you receive your bike. During this time, you are entitled to free repairs for any issues covered under the manufacturer's warranty, which addresses all manufacturing defects.
Please note:
- Second-hand ebikes not purchased through our official website or modified e-bikes are not covered under this warranty.
- Free accessories or gift included with your purchase are not eligible for warranty service.
Wear-and-Tear Items
"Wear and tear" refers to damage that occurs naturally through normal use of the bike. These items are not covered under the warranty. Below is a non-exhaustive list of typical wear-and-tear items:
- Tires
- Bearings
- Brake pads
- Chains
- Free hub bodies
- Handlebar grips
- Rubber moving parts
- Shifter, brake cables, and casings
- Spokes
- Sprockets
- Stripped threads/bolts

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage
The warranty will be void under the following conditions and does not cover damage caused by:
- Improper assembly or installation.
- Accidents, neglect, improper repair, improper maintenance, or abnormal/excessive use.
- Corrosion.
- Unauthorized alterations or installation of incompatible components, parts, or accessories.
- Failure to perform regular maintenance or follow the instructions provided with the product.
- Cosmetic damage such as scratches or dents, unless caused by Fafrees.
How to Apply for Warranty Service

Step 3: Our team will diagnose the issue. If the problem is straightforward, we'll provide a solution immediately.
Step 4: For issues requiring further investigation, we'll send you troubleshooting instructions. Follow the steps and share the requested videos or pictures. Once received, we'll assess the situation and provide a resolution.
Step 5: After verifying your order information and delivery address, we will send replacement parts or accessories if necessary.

1 Year Limited Warranty
Hidoes offers 1 year warranty for the bike frame, 6-month warranty for the battery & motor, warranty time starting from the date you receive the goods. Any free repair needs to be confirmed with the manufacturer via Customer Service. Please note the free repair rule does not apply to motherboard, battery & screen. Items should be returned at customer's cost, while Hidoes will pay for the shipping fee of sending the repaired item to customer.
All the artificial factors cause the damage of the item is beyond the warranty, however customers can return it at their own cost and pay a fee for the repair.
Warranty Exemptions and Notes
- Natural product degradation through wear and tear, along with breakage/damage during use, is solely the customer's responsibility and is not covered by our warranties.
- If the customer has damaged/misused the item(s), the product's warranty is immediately rendered void. No compensation is available in such cases. However, customers are welcome to contact us to purchase a replacement or spare parts (if applicable). We will charge the original value of the components and a shipping fee to dispatch them.
The customer voids the warranty if they:
- Open the body in an attempt to fix the device
- Modify, remove, customize, or swap parts of the product
- Use the device in a way that it is not originally intended for
- Continue to use the item once a fault occurs and causes more damage
- Fails to contact us when the problem first occurs
- All returns must first be authorized by Hidoes's Support Team prior to return. Please kindly refer to the following steps in "How to a request warranty" below. For incomplete warranty requests, Hidoes reserves the right to refuse any compensation. If the customer has returned the package without prior authorization (RMA form), sends to the wrong address, returns an incorrect item, or submits an empty package, then again Hidoes reserves the right to refuse any compensation.
- All returns will be inspected by our technical team upon arrival. If the returned item cannot be repaired, Hidoes will offer an alternative solution.
Special Notes:
- The shipping fee for returning the product back will be paid by the customer and is non-refundable except for in 14-day DOA situations.
- During the return shipping, the customer is responsible for any and all customs charges, duties or tariffs during the items return to our warehouse. In these cases, we will deduct the customs fees from your authorized refund amount.
- Hidoes will by default resend the item to the customer via Flat Rate Shipping. If the customer wants to utilize a faster shipping method, the relevant shipping fee is applicable.
- In case of any misuse, any and all repairs, accessories and shipping fees, both ways, are fully the customer's responsibility and are at their own expense.
How to request warranty (return, repair and refund)
Please first submit a Ticket to our Customer service (Email: support@hidoes.co.uk) with the information below:
- Describe the problem with your item in detail: What happened? When? How? Please also state your full order number and product code (SKU number).
- Tell us what steps you have already taken to resolve the issue.
- Send a clear photo or video (via wetransfer) showing the defect(s); these should be taken under good lighting.
Our After-sales team will look into the problem you are facing and get back to you with a solution ASAP.
Other special product warranty
The scope of this warranty excludes all damages caused by artificial factors, like dis-assembly, misuse, drops, falls, water, unofficial firmware, software modifications or similar causes both for computers and their accessories.
DOA (Dead on arrival) items
If the product has arrived broken, please contact us within 7 days from the day you received it and then follow the 7 Days Product Guarantee.
Local maintenance
Normally the unit would not be defective as a whole but parts of it may wear out. Proper maintenance is essential to get the most out of your unit. Due to the high return shipping fees, we strongly suggest you change or repair the inner parts of the unit by yourself under our professional guidance. In this situation, we request you to open the shell to take some photos or video to determine the problem, which will not affect the warranty in this case. If there is a motorbike repair shop in your country, you can also request a quotation and inform us before fixing the item. We will be in charge of the repair fee only if its cost is not more than 20% of the price of the product and is below in total.
Replacement parts
These types of products cannot be returned due to their heavy weight and high shipping fees. We will offer parts replacement, technical support or repair if there were any faulty components.

At Hygge Bikes, we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a standard 1-year warranty on all E-Bikes and accessories, starting from the date of delivery. The warranty covers manufacturing defects & faulty components under normal usage conditions.
What is Covered
- Frame & Forks: Warranty covers any structural defects in the frame or forks due to manufacturing faults. (3 Years on the Frame)
- Battery & Motor: Warranty covers defects in the motor & battery that affect the performance & functionality of the E-Bike.
- Brake Failure & Defects: Warranty covers any Brake Failure and Brake replacement.
- Electrical Components: Warranty includes issues with electrical components, such as the display, controllers, & wiring, that are a result of manufacturing defects.
- Accessories: Warranty covers defects in accessories provided by Hygge Bikes, such as helmets, chargers, & bike locks, as long as they are used under normal conditions.
What is Not Covered
- Damage from Accidents or Improper Use: The warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect.
- Normal Wear & Tear: Wear & tear on components such as tires, brakes, chains, & gears is not covered by the warranty.
- Modifications: If the E-Bike or accessories have been modified in any way, including the installation of non-original parts, the warranty may be voided.

Warranty Repair Process
- Claim Submission – Email support@hyggebikes.com with the required information for warranty claims.
- Inspection – Once the item is returned, we will inspect the defect & determine if the issue is covered under warranty.
- Repair or Replacement – If the claim is approved, we will either repair or replace the defective parts at no cost to you. If a replacement is needed, we will arrange for an exchange of the defective parts or bike.

iENYRID
iENYRID 12-Month Warranty
All iENYRID products are covered under our manufacturer's 1-year limited warranty for the original owner.
The frame and motor are guaranteed for one year, and the battery is guaranteed for 6 months. Other accessories/parts and vulnerable parts are not covered by the warranty, such as display, controller and others.
Batteries - (6-Month Warranty)
- It is normal circumstances for the battery capacity fading with time goes by. It is excluded out of the warranty coverage.
- Warranty service will be not honoured if the damage is caused by human.
- Warranty service will be honoured if the damage is not caused by human.
This Limited Warranty does not cover
- Warranty service will be not honoured if the damage is caused by human.
- Warranty service will be honoured if the damage is not caused by human.
- Damage caused by car accidents, water damage, and other natural disasters is not covered by warranty.
Claims Process
All claims to this warranty must be made through iENYRID and submitted to support@ienyrid.co.uk. Proofs of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged product are required with any warranty request. Before making a warranty claim, we suggest that you contact us at support@ienyrid.co.uk as there may be a simple fix for your problem. Valid warranty claims will be processed through iENYRID within 1 years of initial purchase.

Repair Service
For repair services, iENYRID will only provide free replacement parts.
All free accessories will not participate in the replacement or compensation if they cause scratches during transportation.
Limitation of Damages
Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, iENYRID shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue or data, resulting from any breach of express or implied warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, even when iENYRID has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

URLIFE LIMITED 1-YEAR WARRANTY AND POLICY ON REPLACEMENT PROCEDURES & RESPONSIBILITIES
All URLIFE Ebikes are covered under 1-year all-inclusive warranty for the owner against all manufacturing defects (All free Accessories are not covered by warranty service).
WARRANTY PERIOD AND TARGET AUDIENCE TERMS
The warranty would be registered automatically when the initial purchaser ordered it in the online shop. So the warranty is under the INITIAL PURCHASER and the 1-year warranty would be started since the initial owner has received it.
As for the warranty transfer, the ebike transferee can only enjoy the warranty when the following two conditions are met at the same time:
- The 1-year package hasn't expired since the initial owner has received it
- You have the initial owner's name & the initial order number.
COVERED PRODUCTS
URLIFE will replace any component that is deemed to be defective or damaged (including damage incurred during shipment) without user error. The warranty covers the listed products and follows the terms below:
Frame
URLIFE ebike frames are covered by a replacement warranty for 1 year.
This warranty includes a replacement frame only. Labour charges to changeover parts to replacement frames are not included. Changeover labour must be performed by an authorised URLIFE
URLIFE reserves the right to use scratch and dent stock when replacing a frame under this warranty. Frame styles and/or colors not in stock may be replaced with a compatible style and/or color at the discretion of URLIFE.
Frame issues that are excluded from this warranty include but are not limited to:
- Corrosion
- Paint fade, scratches, impact marks
- Impact damage
- Non-reversible modification (drilling/welding)
- Chain guard mount to the frame if applicable
Batteries
URLIFE batteries are covered by a 1 year prorated warranty.
During 1 year of service – A defective battery will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer. The warranty period for a repaired or replaced battery remains unchanged based on the original purchase date.
No cash reimbursement will be made.
Batteries can be assessed and found defective directly by Urlife only.
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
- Defects or damage resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, abnormal use (including but not limited to stunt riding, racing, or other similar activities not consistent with the intended use of the Products), improper storage, abnormal exposure to liquid, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand or dirt, neglect, or abnormal physical, electrical or electromechanical stress;
- Defects or damage caused by private modification;
- Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage, unless caused by URLIFE;
- The product that has the serial number or the bar code removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or made illegible;
- Ordinary wear and tear;
- Defects or damage to the Products caused by the use of accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by URLIFE with the Products;
- Defects or damage caused by the assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair, or adjustment in a manner that varies from Assembly Instructions & Owners Manual;
- Defects or damage resulting from external causes such as collision, fire, flooding, windstorm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuse, or improper use of any electrical source;
- In addition, with respect to the battery, this Limited Warranty does not cover defects or damage:
- Caused by charging by a battery charger not intended or appropriate for use with the Battery or the improper use of a battery charger;
- Where any of the seals on the battery are broken or show evidence of tampering;
- Where the Battery has been used in equipment other than the Bike for which it is specified;

Original URLIFE parts & components are covered by a 1-year limited warranty (When all the spare parts for the warranty are sent to the customer, the customer needs to bear the freight).
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
- Ordinary wear and tear not the result of defects in workmanship or materials. Wear and tear can be assessed by URLIFE. Parts not typically covered include but are not limited to:
- Brake Pads
- Rotors
- Spokes
- Tyres/Tubes
- Chains
- Chain Rings
- Cassettes
- Crank set
- Parts compromised due to corrosion due to the elements (moisture, heat, etc).
- Damage or deterioration of the surface finish, appearance, or aesthetics of the product.
- frame, forks, handlebar, seat post, saddle, brakes, lights, crank set, pedals, rims, wheel hub, freewheel, cassette, derailleur, shifter, motor, throttle, controller, wiring harness, LCD display, kickstand, reflectors, and hardware. Warranty within one week after receiving the goods. Parts damaged during use after seven days need to be charged.
- Labour charges for part replacement or changeover.
- Defects or damage resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, abnormal use (including but not limited to stunt riding, racing, or other similar activities not consistent with the intended use of the Products), improper storage, abnormal exposure to liquid, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand or dirt, neglect, or abnormal physical, electrical or electromechanical stress.
- Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage not caused by URLIFE.

Dear VITILAN customer:
We are glad that you have chosen VITILAN electric bike, we are sure you will love it. VITILAN T7, U7, L5 and I7pro e-bikes are covered by our 18 Months manufacturer's all-inclusive warranty against all manufacturing defects for the owner, V3 and U3 e-bikes are covered by our 12 Months manufacturer's all-inclusive warranty against all manufacturing defects for the owner (all free accessories are not covered by the warranty). - Scratches, dents and cosmetic damage caused by human factors, unless caused by VITILAN
- Products with frame numbers, barcodes, and serial numbers removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or illegible
- Parts that are prone to wear, such as:

- Product defects or damage caused by the use of accessories, products, or peripherals not provided or approved by VITILAN for the product
- Defects or damage caused by improper assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, repair or adjustment of the product.
- Defects or damage caused by external causes such as collision, fire, flood, lightning, earthquake, tornado, theft, vandalism, improper use of any power source, etc.
Battery
The battery warranty period based on the warranty policy of each E-bike.
Defective batteries will be repaired or replaced free of charge by the customer. No cash compensation will be made. Warranty dates are based on the original purchase date.
Only the VITILAN customer service team can directly evaluate batteries and find defective batteries.
This limited warranty does not cover:
- Use an unsuitable or unsuitable charger to charge the battery
- Improper use of battery charger
- Any seals on the battery are damaged or show signs of tampering
- Use of batteries for equipment other than designated electric bicycles
- The battery power is reduced due to long-term use, battery aging or suddenly cold weather.
Can I refit an electric bike?
Every VITILAN electric bike is strictly tested (programmed) before leaving the factory, and we guarantee it is a high-quality product. We do not recommend that you make major modifications. The warranty does not cover improper or negligent use.
Warranty Process
- Please contact our VITILAN customer service team at support@vitilanebike.com.
- Provide clear pictures, videos or other detailed information about the parts in question.
- If there is no defective or damaged component caused by wrong use by the user, we will issue the corresponding component replacement. And please contact us as soon as the goods arrive, we will assist you to replace any defective parts.
- Note that the customer is responsible for the labour cost of installing the warranty components for warranty issues.
Disclaimer
You are responsible for your actions when using a VITILAN e-bike. Traveling safely is everyone's responsibility. VITILAN is not responsible for any accident or injury (whether caused by you or others) that may occur during your use. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VITILAN'S LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE. IN NO EVENT WILL VITILAN BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES. VITILAN reserves the right to make changes to products and designs without any obligation to incorporate such changes into finished products or products in the hands of consumers.
Credit Card Chargeback
In the event of a credit card chargeback of any amount on an order for any reason, and the customer still owns the product in said order, the warranty will be suspended until the chargeback is resolved.
Service Philosophy
We serve our customers with respect, kindness, patience, and friendliness. Our VITILAN customer service team always puts the customer first. It is vital that customers feed this information back to our customer service team. We know that when you call/email our customer service team, it's usually because there may be a problem or there is a problem (the worst!). We also understand that these underlying issues often lead to frustration and even anger. However, we will not tolerate the use of rude/vulgar language toward our employees. If this occurs, we will issue a warning, after which we reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, issue refunds, void warranties or cancel orders in our sole discretion. If this decision is made, it is final and cannot be reversed.
This Warranty Policy is only valid if all of the following conditions are met:
- Electric bicycles are purchased directly from VITILAN's official website, VITILAN's online store or one of VITILAN's authorized dealers.
- The electric bicycle is the original owner and the first owner
- Electric bicycles meet all intended purposes of use
- The electronic equipment has not been repaired or altered
- If any component is damaged due to the wrong installation of components by the customer, the customer is responsible for the cost of replacement parts and transportation.
- The rider and purchaser must be over 18 years old and have the legal capacity and authority to purchase and ride electric bicycles.

KUGOO provides a reliable warranty that is processed in the most hassle-free way possible. Please refer to the chart below for the warranty timelines of various products, as warranty periods differ according to models.
Each dealer is under contractual obligation to offer a warranty certificate. If your KUGOO product has a warranty related issue, you must retain the original purchase receipt, your Limited Warranty, and eligible warranty claims to verify your warranty eligibility.

Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues
All quality-related defects on items sold directly by KUGOO or KUGOO's authorized resellers are covered by an extensive warranty, starting from the date of purchase (see top of page for your product's warranty timeline).
Process:
- Buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase.
- KUGOO must document what happens when buyers troubleshoot the product.
- The defective item's serial number and/or visible proof depicting the defect are required.
- It may be necessary to return an item for quality inspection.
- For defective items that KUGOO needs to have returned, warranties on those replacements are voided if the wrong item is returned to KUGOO or if the defective item is not returned.
- You must include your defective Product within the original packaging or dealers' approved packaging.
Valid proof of purchase:
- Order number from online purchases made through KUGOO or KUGOO's authorized resellers.
- Purchase receipt, your Limited Warranty, and eligible warranty claims.
- Dated sales receipt from an authorized KUGOO reseller that shows a description of the product along with its price.
Please note that more than one type of proof of purchase may be required to process a warranty claim (such as receipt of money transfer and confirmation of address item was originally shipped to). Warranty claims for product defects expire their original warranty timeframe after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a warranty claim for items that have expired their original warranty timeframe warranty claim request period, whichever is longer.
THE WARRANTY SHALL BE VOID AND ALL RIGHTS FROM IT SHALL BE LOST IN THE FOLLOWING SITUATIONS:
- The product hasn't been commercialized by KUGOO or any of its authorized dealers.
- The product was modified or repaired by unauthorized technicians or/and by using faulty, modified, or unoriginal equipment / accessories.
- The product has suffered accidents or damages caused by external factors, atmospheric conditions or any other such events.
- The faults are caused by dirt, impurities, water, foreign bodies, etc., where applicable.
- The product was used in the rain and/or driven through a body of water with a depth bigger than 4 cm.
- Product or parts identification series / codes / marks etc. that are deleted / illegible, marking or embossment crafted, made for various purposes Spare parts or original pars show dents, mechanical shock, thermal or other fractures, cracks, etc. not attributable to them.
- Damage and defects due to improper handling and transport made by the buyer.
- Changes to the original condition of the product by natural influences (corrosion, condensation, etc.) due to improper storage conditions.
- The product has not been used according to the conditions of the user manual.
- Product's faults are caused by vandalism or similar causes.
- The warranty duration has expired.
- The product is lost or stolen.
- The product was obtained for free or as a complimentary item.
- Buyers cannot provide adequate proof of purchase for the products.
- Unsupported software or firmware has been installed on the product.
PIXAR

2-year limited warranty covers electronic components (where applicable) and non-wear parts such as: motor, fork, frame, etc. Battery warranty for 1-year.
The warranty does not cover: any consumables, any non-original or unauthorized components and parts, normal wear and tear of any covered components, any damage or defects to covered components resulting from failure to follow instructions in the owner's manual, force majeure, accident, theft, vandalism, misuse, neglect, abuse, commercial use, alterations, modification, improper assembly, incorrect assembly or installation of the product or part thereof by the user/consumer, operator error, water damage, extreme riding, stunt riding, or improper/unauthorized maintenance and services. As for battery, in addition to above, the warranty doesn't cover damages from power surges, use of improper charger, improper maintenance or other such misuse, normal wear or water damage, improper storage (under -20° or above +45°). Wear and tear components are not covered by the 1 years of warranty, but we will still offer support if needed on these components with some reasonable fee charge.
This product warranty expressly does not cover problems caused by any modification or transformation of the product, including, but not limited to the use of a third party application to change or adjust the motor control settings. It is important to know that one change can already lead to damage. In addition, if such modifications cause problems to other aspects of the bicycle, including the hardware, these specific problems are also not covered by this warranty.

2. Process
2.1 To initiate the warranty process, you must contact and inform the customer service of PIXAR. We may request you to show the proof of purchase and the most detailed description possible about the issue and photo and/or video materials if possible. Please note that before the issue is completely resolved, you should stop using the product(s) for your safety. Any injury or additional damages caused by the use of the damaged product, which the warranty process was initiated for, shall be at the risk of the consumer.
2.2. Customer service of PIXAR will work with you on the problem with your product(s) to identify potential resolutions. Depending on your situation, possible remedies, at PIXAR choice, may be:
- we guide you to perform simple fixes by yourself;
- we lead you to one of the official service points;
- we transport the product(s) back to PIXAR for handling.
2.3. Please note that you should always contact PIXAR for any warranty claim and get a prior notification and authorization from us before taking further action. Unauthorized repairs hinder our ability to review the defect and decide whether it falls under the warranty. The warranty will be void if you or third-party attempt to repair the product(s) without a prior notification and authorization from PIXAR. Any repairs of the product(s) by the third parties without authorization from us shall not be reimbursed by PIXAR.
3. Important notice
3.1. Like any physical activity, riding a bicycle may cause minor or major injuries or discomfort and may worsen or complicate underlying medical conditions or diseases. by choosing to ride a PIXAR bike, client assumes all responsibilities and risks for all such injuries or other medical conditions.
3.2. By purchasing the product from PIXAR, the consumer acknowledges that operating the bicycle involves inherent risks, dangers, and hazards, including but not limited to traffic conditions, weather conditions, road and sidewalk conditions, natural and unnatural objects or obstacles, impacts or collisions, and the negligence of others. The consumer further acknowledges and agrees that PIXAR's liability is limited as provided in this section. The consumer shall indemnify and hold PIXAR harmless from all costs, expenses, and liabilities (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from any claims by the consumer or any third party related to the consumer's use of the bicycle.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, and except as expressly provided herein, the consumer assumes all risks and liabilities for any and all loss, damage, or injury (including death) to persons or property of the consumer or others arising out of the possession, use, operation, care, or control of the bicycle, including but not limited to all medical expenses and financial or economic losses.

SAMEBIKE Bikes 1-3 Years Warranty
All SAMBIKEs are covered by our manufacturer's 1-3 years all-inclusive warranty against all manufacturing defects for the original owner. (All free parts are not covered under warranty).
The 1-3 years warranty period will start from the time the original owner receives the bike.
Caution:
- Frames can be warranted for 3 years.
- Motor, battery and other accessories can be warranted for 1 year.
Replacement Program
SAMEBIKE will replace any and all components that are deemed defective or damaged (including damage incurred during shipping) without user error.
1: Claims
All claims to this warranty must be made through SAMEBIKE and submitted to support@samebike.com. Proof of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged product are required with any warranty request. Before making a warranty claim, we suggest that you contact us at support@samebike.com as there may be a simple fix for your problem. Valid warranty claims will be processed through SAMEBIKE within 1 year of initial purchase.
SAMEBIKE will not replace any part without first seeing photos or video of the damaged product. Customer needs to provide us with evidence by email.
Frame
SAMEBIKE ebike frames are covered by a replacement warranty for 3 years.
This warranty includes a replacement frame only. Labor charges to changeover parts to replacement frame are not included. Changeover labour must be performed by an authorized SAMEBIKE
SAMEBIKE reserves the right to use scratch and dent stock when replacing a frame under this warranty. Frame styles and/or colours not in stock may be replaced with a compatible style and/or colour at the discretion of SAMEBIKE
Frame issues that are excluded from this warranty include but are not limited to:
- Corrosion
- Paint fade, scratches, impact marks
- Impact damage
- Non reversible modification (drilling/welding)
- Chain guard mount to the frame if applicable
Batteries
SAMEBIKE batteries are covered by a 1-year prorated warranty.
During 1 year of service – A defective battery will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer. The warranty period for a repaired or replaced battery remains unchanged based on original purchase date.
Batteries can be assessed and found defective only by directly by SAMEBIKE.
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
- Defects or damage resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, abnormal use (including but not limited to stunt riding, racing or other similar activities not consistent with the intended use of the Products), improper storage, abnormal exposure to liquid, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand or dirt, neglect, or abnormal physical, electrical or electromechanical stress;
- Scratches, dents and cosmetic damage, unless caused by SAMEBIKE;
- Product that has the serial number or the bar code removed, defaced, damaged, altered or made illegible;
- Ordinary wear and tear;
- Defects or damage to the Products caused by the use of accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by SAMEBIKE with the Products;
- Defects or damage caused by assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair, or adjustment in a manner that varies from Assembly Instructions & Owners Manual;
- Defects or damage resulting from external causes such as collision, fire, flooding, windstorm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuse or improper use of any electrical source;
- In addition, with respect to the Battery, this Limited Warranty does not cover defects or damage:
- Caused by charging by a battery charger not intended or appropriate for use with the Battery or the improper use of a battery charger;
- Where any of the seals on the Battery are broken or show evidence of tampering;
- Where the Battery has been used in equipment other than the Bike for which it is specified;
- The corresponding issues on battery and e-bike will not be covered by the warranty after using a battery that is not specific to your e-bike model. We do not recommend you to use a battery of other brands on SAMEBIKE e-bike, although the output voltage of the other's battery may also be 48V, the battery protection system may not be the same, there may be incompatible situations leading to damage to our motors and displays.
Parts & Components
Original SAMEBIKE parts & components are covered by 3 years limited warranty. (When all the spare parts for warranty are sent to the customer, the customer needs to bear the freight.)
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
- Ordinary wear and tear not the result of defects in workmanship or materials. Wear and tear can be assessed by SAMEBIKE. Parts not typically covered include but are not limited to:
- Brake Pads
- Rotors
- Spokes
- Tires/Tubes
- Chains
- Chain Rings
- Cassettes
- Crank set
- Parts compromised due to corrosion due to the elements (moisture, heat, etc).
- Damage or deterioration of the surface finish, appearance, or aesthetics of the product.
- Frame, forks, handlebar, seat post, saddle, brakes, lights, crankset, pedals, rims, wheel hub, freewheel, cassette, derailleur, shifter, motor, throttle, controller, wiring harness, LCD display, kickstand, reflectors, and hardware.
- Labour charges for part replacement or changeover.
- Defects or damage resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, abnormal use (including but not limited to stunt riding, racing or other similar activities not consistent with the intended use of the Products), improper storage, abnormal exposure to liquid, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand or dirt, neglect, or abnormal physical, electrical or electromechanical stress.
- Scratches, dents and cosmetic damage not caused by SAMEBIKE.
- Product that has the serial number or the bar code removed, defaced, damaged, altered or made illegible.
- Defects or damage to the Products caused by the use of accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by SAMEBIKE with the Products.
- Defects or damage caused by improper assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair, or adjustment in a manner that varies from Assembly Instructions & Owners Manual.
- Defects or damage resulting from external causes, such as collision, fire, flooding, windstorm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuse or improper use of any electrical source.
