Shipping policy
We aim to dispatch all standard orders within 1-3 business days from our UK Warehouse.
Delivery Schedule for different brands is as follows:
Engwe: Deliveries within mainland UK shall reach the customer within 3 to 10 business days following dispatch
Deliveries to remote areas, including but not limited to Northern Ireland, may require up to 14 business days following dispatch
All other brands: Deliveries within mainland UK shall reach the customer within 2 to 4 business days following dispatch

· Orders placed on weekends, bank holidays or after 12pm during business hours are dispatched on the next business day.
· All UK Shipments are delivered by DHL, Parcel Force, DPD, UPS, FedEx, or Tuffnells Tracked. They will send you pre-delivery notification and an estimate delivery time via SMS and/or email.
· Business Hours: Mon-Fri 9AM to 8PM (Excluding bank holidays)
· If the delivery is not signed for and no one is able to receive your delivery then our courier will put a card through your door allowing you to re-book a delivery with the courier or allow you to pick up the order from the depot.
UK Standard -£10.00 (Free for orders above £100) *excluding UK Remote Areas- see below for Postcodes
Please note that for shipping to areas outside the UK mainland, additional charges will apply and will be reflected in your shopping cart as follows:
- Northern Ireland - £150
- British Isles - Isle of Man, Guernsey, Jersey - £150 (Note: allow additional 3-5 business days for delivery)
Delivery and Failed Delivery Attempts
· In the event that a delivery cannot be completed due to the absence of a recipient to sign for and accept the goods, our courier will leave a notification card at the delivery address. This card will provide instructions for either rebooking the delivery or collecting the order from the courier’s local depot.
· Should the courier be unable to successfully deliver the order after three (3) attempts, the goods will be returned to us.
· Prime Pedals reserves the right to levy an additional shipping charge should the customer request that the order be re-dispatched following its return to us after three failed delivery attempts.
· Items returned to us by the courier will be restocked, and the customer’s account will be credited with the value of the order, less the original shipping costs and any return charges incurred by us from the courier. If the customer wishes to receive the goods after such a return, a new order must be placed.
